You should steam your face for about 5 minutes. Make sure your hands and clean and just squeeze all the bad stuff out.

or wash your face really well
Mash the hell out of them. Go to a drug store and get an Apricot Facial Rub. It will feel like sand paper but it will clear out your pours, and your face will never feel cleaner. You may also purchase some '; Oil of Olay'; expensive but will last a year. Good luck.
