To get rid of black heads, i reccomend mixing backing soda with water and gently rubbing it on the black heads. It helps the sebum to escape and after a week of doing this you should see results.

If you want to get rid of large black heads, you sould steam your face. To do this boil water, add any herbs you want (lavender is great) or just use water alone. Keep your head over the water but not too close to burn your face with a towel over your head to keep the steam in for 5 - 10 minutes. This opens your pores and is easier to remove blackheads with the backing soda. Or you can use a black head remover utensil after the steaming proccess.

I am a makeup artist and this is my answer.

You can go to a spa, i do like 1 a month ot when you need to treat yourself. You will love it.

Just follow these steps and you will see a difference believe me.

Steps:

Keep your face clean. Wash your face whenever you feel it is getting oily.

Wash your face with a gentle water-soluble cleanser.

Apply a clay mask that does not contain ingredients such as mint or peppermint. It will absorb excess oil from the skin surface. If you have dry skin, use oil-absorbing papers to clean the face.

Visit your dermatologist. Ask about vitamin supplements for healthy skin. Vitamin A will keep the oil flowing uniformly and won鈥檛 clog your pores. Tretinoin and Adapalene are common retinoids for skin treatments.

Apply exfoliant or a scrub that will help remove dead skin from your face.

Take hot steam on your face to soften the blackheads for easy removal.

Use appropriate make-up. Consult your dermatologist, who will recommend suitable creams for your skin type.

Overall Tips %26amp; Warnings

Remember, prevention is better than cure. Keep your skin clean and oil-free.

Avoid use of pore strips. They may cause irritation and damage your skin.

To make your teeth whiter

If your pearly whites, well, aren't--blame it on caffeine, candy, prescription drugs or aging, all of which dull the gleam. Whiten and brighten dingy teeth with high-tech treatments in your dentist's office or over-the-counter bleaches you use at home.

Look in your nearest dental aisle and see what they have, then call your dentist or a local dentist and see which one he prefers for you to use.

You're not going to find better, more reliable information about skin problems, sleep problems, etc.
i suggest that you get regular diamond peel treatments, they are non invasive and will really cleanse your pores, also, i suggest that you use a soap containing tretinoin to keep your pores clean, and dont forget to use a toner.for discolored teeth, what i suggest is you brush you teeth at least once a week with 10% hydrogen peroxide diluted with alittle bit of water...trust me,this works....
go get a facial at a spa, they will cleanse the skin and clean out the black heads.

as for you teeth, rinsing for about a minute with hydrogen peroxide after every brush will help get and keep them whiter.
i use clinique 3 step plan for my face and go smile for my teeth. hope this works for you!
