Can you help me get rid of my pimples and blackheads?

Ok let me tell you. First of all, picking at a blackheads and clogged pores doesn't scar because a scar comes from breaking the skin and when you unclog pores your just getting dirt and oil out of little pockets in your skin. Pore are open so your aren't breaking the skin. Your skin might be a little red afterward but that's just from pressure.

What I do is get a warm washcloth and put it on my face and let the steam soften up what is inside of the pore. Do that for about five min. The gently squeeze the area around your pores as if you were popping a pimple. That should release some on the dirt. Also try using masks and washing with a face wash with salicylic acid or bezol peroxide. They dissolve dirt and oil.

For your pimples:

In addition to using a face wash with salicylic acid or benzol peroxide, drink alot of water. If your face washes don't show any results within a month you might want to go see a dermatologist. They can prescribe something that can help. If those don't help, it might not be bacterial, it might be hormonal. If you're a girl, getting on a low dosage of birth control could balance your system out and help with that. I had acne and tried everything. The birth control really helped me.Can you help me get rid of my pimples and blackheads?
Not sure if I can cure them , but there are ways of treating them.

1. Try and go to a dermatologist ( they can help with creams or specific solutions for your skin , you can also try hormone pills like birth control if your a girl , did wonders for my acne)

2. Try and see if you can go to a beauty spa ( they can help with removing acne the correct way)

3. Possible Laser removal of acne and black heads

4. Over the counter products ( I recommend any thing with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide , just try not to get anything that really drys out your face too much then it will get irritated , and you dont want any thing too abrasive either)

5. Buy a blackhead remover or biore strips ( these can be cheap , but if you want the best results the pricer black head removers work best)

6. Watch your diet ( the food you eat can really effect the way your skin looks , make a journal of what you eat and see what can trigger it , also eating healthier will also make your skin healthier)

7. Paying attention to how you eat is also important if your eating greasy food and its rubbing and touching your skin

8. Make sure to not touch or wash your face too much ( it will get irritated and if you pick and pop your zits it will leave scars , so its better to live with your zit for like a week than to have a scar that last forever)

9. Wash things like your pillow case or sheets , these might have oil residue on them from a previous nights sleep , and you dont want that on your face.

10. Get plenty of exercise and drink water

11. The most important thing of all though is to not stress out so much about your acne , everyone has them , there not fun but the more you worry the more your face will show it.Can you help me get rid of my pimples and blackheads?
Apply benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid as SPOT-ON treatments to the acne.

DO NOT POP zits, unless they are oozing out. If you must, use a blemish extractor.

Blackheads, try mild exfoliation and Biore's Pore strips work really really well in removing them.

Blackhead extractors are also avaliable anywhere, however, these tools can enlarge pores. I don't know if that risk is worth taking.

Make sure to clean your face properly as that will reduce most of your skin problems that can be initiated due to excess oil or dirt built-up.

The best thing you can do for your skin is to invest in quality skincare products. Some higher quality products will do wonders for your skin and achieve the results and change you wanna see.

Look for organic products that contain, zinc, sulfur and tropical citric fruit acids/extracts, they can help reduce acne, blackheads and inflammation.

Using a mask will help, look for ones that contain sulfur and especially clay as they will remove excess oil and purify the epidermis.

I hope this helps!
Blackhead Removal

The following are some tips for removing blackheads:

- Keep the skin as clean and oil free as possible. Use natural or chemically prepared cleansers, astringent solutions or masks to accomplish this. Avoid harsh soaps that may irritate the skin or any creams that leave an oily finish.

- Use a gentle exfoliant to keep the dead cells off your skin and away from the pore openings.

- Avoid harsh squeezing or scraping at the blackhead. Excessive squeezing can damage the skin surround the pore and can actually increase the size of the pore leading to more blackheads in the future.

- A warm compress of water applied to the area of the blackhead followed by a very, very gentle pressure can help in clearing the clog from the pore.

- Commercial “blackhead strips” which are basically a tape like substance that is placed over the nose and then pulled off will remove some blackheads that are at the surface. Caution should be used with these products and it is important to read the directions completely before deciding to use the strips or not
yeah, blackheads are easy to get rid of so: put elmers bottled glue right on top of the blackhead and let it dry, then, peel it off and all of the stuff will have come off. if this doesn't work, then wash it out with clean and clear. but the glue is highly effective.

pimples are pretty easy too so: dry them out with rubbing alcohol or pore refining toner. Use face scrub also and put on extra face cream in the area where you have pimples to moisturize to the 3rd degree. anymore problems? e-mail me at quick_kat@writeme.com
Omg, I have the same problem, but I have it under control:)

For my pimples, I use Clearasil Tinted cream, because it conceals my pimples and heals it overnight.

As for blackheads, I use Biore, Anti-blackhead warming cleanser. Its not an instant thing, but overtime, its got great results (28 days). Make sure you don't scrub your face real hard, it activates oil glands.

(Way better than pore strips, thats for sure.)
the best thing to do is just go to a dermatologist and let them tell you what to do. in the end, you'll save money just going right to that than you would trying all of the worthless over-the-counter stuff. trust me. ive been through it all.
the cover up with the sponge has something in it to get rid of pimples and black heads plus it also covers them up while you wait. you can find them at walmart.
rinse your face more with cold water, it constricts your pores and washes away built up oil that is produced over the course of a few hours.
