Help.. fed up with blackheads and bad skin!?

I'm 12 and i have really bad skin. It's horrible, i have millions of blackheads in my nose and all over it. And when i squeeze them, my nose just goes red and i have faint scars where i've put pressure on my skin with my nails. Any help on how to remove these beastly things?! I used to have this, I use biore warming cleanser for black heads


and once a week I use their pore strips, it worked for me.
