Deep Blackheads on Nose? Help?

I have deep blackheads all over my nose and a few on my cheeks and chin. I've had them for about three years and they have only been spreading more. I have gotten two facials in the last two years. Both times, the estetician could not get them out and said she had never had that much trouble ever extracting, which I kind of took as offensive. I went to my pediatrician last June and all of my acne is gone except for the blackheads. I'm so frustrated and I really need help and want them gone, for good. If you have any advice, that would be great. Thanks.Deep Blackheads on Nose? Help?
Okay--

Get a big bowl and fill it up with HOT crazy steaming water.

than, get a towel and put it over your head.

after that lean ontop of the bowl with the towel still ontop of your head with the steam hitting your face excessivly making you sweat like crazy

after 5 minutes get up and go to the mirror and look in the mirror

your pores are open now.

extract yourself but using your index finger from your right hand and your index finger from your left hand. squeeze your blackheads out like your popping a pimple kind of procedure but pushing from the sides hard and firm and pushing from top and bottom. since your blackheads are deep, it's going to take a few minutes but you will slowly see it rising above and out of that deep hole that it's in that you can see on your face or nose.Deep Blackheads on Nose? My friend had a problem like that and she went to the dermatologist and he give her a prescription to this oral medicine that just made them fall out , literally fall out . If you have black heads for a long time your pores can get used to being so large and they will stay that way so try to get an appointment at your dermatologist as soon as possible. And for skin care i recommend that you:

wash your face regularly

exfoliate 3 times a week

tone your face

and moisturize with an oil free

and use oil free make up .
If they are deep and you've have them for like 3 years then chances are that they're probably not black heads, they may even just be freckles or something. But something that works really good is Nitrogena soap. I use it and it busts the bumps before they get a head and its really helpfull it works GREAT!!! You really should try it and if that dosent work then maybe you should try an different Acne Cleanser but its really good and I would recomend it.... But if nothing works maybe you should go see an dermetologist :)
yeah I have the same problem and i have had mine for about 13 years and I'm 20 now.I've tried everything even when i went to a dermatologist they didn't give me anything that got ride of them. If you find anything do let me know.
Umm... a slightly less extreme way to treat black heads is to use Stridex pads. use them twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. they will go away in a couple of weeks. (( _^
Do you see a blackhead at the surface of your skin?

I really wonder if they are blackheads or your getting the nodular feeling like some small lump.

If that's the case these are not blackheads but nodules deep under.

Do not bother them.

Your safe bet is a skin specialist who can actually find out what needs to be done with it.

You can ruin your skin with deep scars which would look more ugly than the good.

Usually blackheads go away with time and everytime you remove them especially from your nose they come back once again in 2-3 weeks.

Try visiting a reputed skin specialist just to get an opinion on those blackheads thus making you feel happy rather than sorry for your own performed operation on them.

Non inflammatory blackheads on nose actually should be left alone(although we are tempted to touch it) unless they get out of control i.e. they start forming whiteheads.
