avoid picking at them...leave them until they dry up and if u must take them out,,use the pads of your finger not ur nails...

if they don't pop out easily then they are not ready to come out.

wash ur skin with an oil free cleanser and use a scrub such as st ives apricot.Help with very bad spots and blackheads please help?
Man go to a dermatologist (skin specialist), it is not a simple problem. It can transform to a dangerous systemic infection.
If you can't afford to go to the doctor (don't be embarrassed, they deal with this stuff all the time and have seen much worse!) you may want to try a new skin care routine.

1. Wash your skin every morning and every evening. If you need to, take 2 showers every day.

2. To wash, use a wash cloth and a scrub. A scrub has little pieces of grit that really get into your skin.

3. Try a product like Clearasil or Oxy and use it as directed. This may mean doing it 2-3 times per day! HOWEVER, if you notice any unusual breakouts or bad reactions to this, STOP and GO TO THE DOCTOR. Your condition (in this case) cannot be cured with over the counter products--and your problems will only get worse.

4. Drink water--and lots of it. Water helps your body cleanse itself and your skill will improve from the inside out. You may need to consider dropping certain things from your diet--fried foods, especially.

5. Don't pick at it no matter how much you want to. Otherwise, you will have scars and scars are so much worse. A couple won't hurt, but if you can prevent it, you should.

Now, I don't know what kind of spots you're talking about. Freckles? Do you spend a lot of time in the sun? Don't go out in the sun without sunscreen. Keep an eye on the spots and if they change color or size or shape GO TO THE DOCTOR! Again, there isn't an over-the-counter cure for spots like this.

One more thing, don't touch your face a lot. The oils in your fingers will make the skin dirty. And when you talk on the phone, don't hold it next to your skin.

Good luck!
Any product with Benzoyl-something in it (I think) can be found in spot products Clean and Clear, Clearasil etc.

If you think it is bad then go and see your doctor. He will probs prescribe you with some anti-infammatory tablets and some cream like mine did with me (trust me they work wonders and start working in about 2 weeks)!!!

Sudocrem and Germolene are also good.
hey, im 16 too, and im not a male, haha, try buying an exfoliator, or a scrub, the label should say scrub, or something along those lines, good luck!
