I need help on how to get rid of blackheads!?

I have quite a few on cheeks and its really getting me down. I start school soon and I know its not going to heal overnight but by May to June time I want a good complexion for my prom and year photos. I know scrubbing won't help so can somebody help please!

You can pop them or put a facial mask on your face and that usually gets some of them out
Scratch them...
pop it with 2 Q tips and then wash your face
