I need help with my blackheads!?

I have blackheads on my cheeks, t-zone, and my nose. I have a few big ones too. I want to get rid of all these blackheads without scarring. I popped a few of them and they left holes in my nose. I think that the blackheads stretched out my pores causing the holes. What can i do to remove the blackheads without leaving holes and what can i do to tighten my pores or somehow fill in the holes?I need help with my blackheads!?
Well, first of all, a lot of the information being posted here goes against every skin care research study. Food does not cause acne, only stress and the resulting hormone levels can cause oil production. Do not use toners that contain alcohol or astringent, or extreme temperature water on your face -- it damages the skin. Do NOT use Biore's line of ';pore minimizing'; products... most of them are too harsh on the skin, which makes it freak out and retain the oil that causes acne.

The best remedy for blackheads is a good BHA (salicylic acid) exfoliator. It's a liquid that actually exfoliates the insides of your pores, and does it in a way that is very gentle on the rest of your skin so that it doesn't trigger breakouts. Because it works gradually over a few days, it does not leave gaping holes. It's a method that is recommended by skin care specialists (dermatology scientists, not companies) and is considered vastly superior to surface scrubs. My blackheads disappeared in a couple of days, and since my pores are now empty, they look like they are tighter, even though they may not be. I've read research that indicates that over time, pores can tighten, but only if they are kept clean.

The most reasonably priced BHA I've found is Clearasil Acne Fighting Facial Moisturizers ($3.99), but there are many others including Neutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Defense Face Lotion ($7.99) and Paula鈥檚 Choice 2% Beta Hydroxy Acid Liquid ($15.95).

(Pore strips do take away the appearance of blackheads for a day or two, but because they only take out the top half or so of the blackhead (pores are deeper than people think), the problem comes back immediately.)

Good luck!I need help with my blackheads!?
Have you tried Biore warming facial scrub? I have used it every morning for about 6 months. I had blackheads on my chin, nose and forehead. I noticed a DRASTIC diffrent within 2 weeks. Try it. It is only about $5 a bottle at the store. Good luck!
biore makes all kinds of blackhead stuff. I recomend the pore strips and to scrub with something like apricot scrub and then to use toner. toner is important, get a good one like neutrogena and wipe it over your whole face with a cotton ball, it will help with more than just your blackheads, it removes all that dead skin buildup!
ummm i think that the holes are permanent but you will deffinatly make holes by popping them try an astringent or alchohol then expholiate they will pop right out. ummmmmm im sure you know this but hot watre opens your pores so you can clean them and afterwards cold water closes them
Have you tried Pro-Active?

If you don't want to go there, here's a few tips:

1.Stop consuming oily foods, too much chocolate. Do drink PLENTY of water (this will clean out your system)

2. Either stop stressing, or get adequate amounts of sleep.

3. This may sound girly, but if you need to tighten your pores you need to get a mask. I suggest St. Ive's Firming Cream, its like a green clay mask. I use it like twice a week, it really works!

If these simple steps don't help you the slightest bit, get some Pro-Active. GOOOOOOOD LUCK.
Wash your face everyday with soap and warm water that helps to keep your pores clean. Also go to a store and buy a cleanser or cream made just for blackheads.
