Make sure you are washing your face 3-4 times a day with just soap and water. Then you can use Clearasil, over the counter.Use it before you go to bed. If you use a cotton ball you will see the dirt and grim that you are getting off.Dial is best to wash with 3-4 times a day.Male With Acne and Blackheads Need Treatment Help!!?
sometimes you can give yourself ';product poisoning'; by using so many different things. Best suggestions are to keep it simple: use benzoil peroxide (like stridex) to clean your skin, keep your hands away from it (try not to pick at it), and do not use moisturizer. Instead, go to an old-fasioned drug store and get something called rose water. Rose water (and glycerin) helps tighten pores, keep skin lubricated without excess oil, and will help smooth irritated skin. If you can't find it where you live, call heritage products at 1-800-862-2923. It's only about $10 and lasts a long time - huge difference for me and my sister and all our teen aged kids. It was recommended by the doctor. If you can't buy more things (like stridex) witch hazel (which is about a dollar a bottle at the drugstore) is a great cleaner and toner.

And don't forget to drink tons of water and eat fresh fruits and vegetables to detox the skin. And skip the excess sugar when you can - in soda, junk food, etc. It just messes with your skin the way that fast food does. Good luck - and remember, it's a struggle for everyone. (and if you don't get any results with this, a trip to the dermatologist is worth it - or get a consult from the pharmacist, as they are very well trained and happy to help at any good pharmacy).
I went to the doctors for similar problem and he prescribed - 'Retin A' Gel. The instructions say it's the best choice and nothing over the counter is better. I'm only a few days into it but my skin feels better.
I've used both Retin A and BenzaClin. They are both by perscription and work well. I have oily skin and they are what I use.
This may sound odd... but I would do the Clinique 3-step system. It's for women, but it works really well for my acne. Go online to do a skin report.
Try toothpaste. Seriously--anything with zinc in it should help.
I have head that acnezine does wonders for acne. This product will eliminates spots, pimples, redness, puss, blackheads %26amp; whiteheads. This might be exactly what you are looking for. More information is provided below. Good luck!
Mary Kay - Velocity cleanser is really good. If your acne is REALLY bad you might want to just find a dermatologist who can give you a prescription before your skin scars up.
Try motor oil.
